Multilingual Senior Calculator
If your mobile browser is silent, use Test voice in the calculator. Open the full-screen talking calculator to try it outside the embedded frame. Android devices need an enabled text-to-speech engine and a voice for the chosen language.
A calculator that reads buttons and answers
Choose one of twelve interface languages: English, Korean, Japanese, simplified or traditional Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Hindi or Arabic. Digit buttons speak their names, and selecting equals reads the final answer in the selected language when a matching voice is available on your device.
Try a simple calculation
Select 1, then 2, then plus, then 3, then equals. The display shows 15 and the calculator reads the result. Select Read result again to hear the displayed value again. Large buttons, visible focus indicators, a larger-text option and voice on/off controls help you choose a comfortable way to use it.
Calculation order and limits
Calculations run in the order you press the buttons: 2 + 3 × 4 produces 20. This simple calculator does not use the mathematical precedence of a scientific calculator. It supports decimals, negative numbers and four arithmetic operations. Up to fifteen digits can be entered, and results are rounded to twelve significant digits using browser arithmetic. Division by zero produces an error rather than a misleading answer.
Voice and privacy
Some devices do not have a voice installed for every language. The calculator shows a message when it cannot find a matching voice. It does not record your microphone, store input numbers or transmit calculator results to our server. Your browser or operating system may use an online speech service. The calculator remains usable visually with voice turned off.
